12. Wrist rotations
13.Bend forward, touch your toes and hold
14. Arms open and bend backward
15. Horse stance (Hold for at
least one minute)
16. Stretch side to side (Keep both feet flat on
floor)
17. Runner's stretch, stretch back leg, body over front
knee(Both sides)
18. Heel on floor with toes pulled back, leg straight, bend toward
straight leg (Both sides)
